Working together to save lives.

We partner with rescue groups who have dogs and cats waiting for treatment.

Working Together to Save Lives

Abandoned Pet Project is dedicated to providing the funding for abandoned, abused, and homeless pets so they may receive the medical care they need. We are a non profit organization that supports a network of veterinarians, who work diligently to rehabilitate these animals so that they may go on to live happy and healthy lives in loving forever homes. Our goal is to decrease the number of animals that are euthanized due to treatable and/or curable conditions.

Because you'll save a life

Once our rescued animals have recovered, they become available for adoption through one of our rescue partners. All animals ready for adoption are spayed/neutered, heartworm negative, microchipped, and fully vaccinated. By Adopting, you’ve got a best friend for life.

Provide comfort and care

Your tax-deductable donations are used directly by one of our partner veterinarians to treat abandoned animals in need of medical attention. A little goes a long way – donations no matter how small, help us tremendously in doing what we do best – working together to save lives.

See what we do

There’s nothing that tugs at your heartstrings quite like a good rescue animal tale. From joyous adoption stories to dramatic rescue missions, these videos will give you hope that every animal can live happily ever after. Watch these animals be given a second chance.

Working Together to Save Lives

Abandoned Pet Project (APP) is a non-profit organization that was founded to create partnerships between animal rescue groups and veterinarians in order to work together to save lives. Its goal is to fund medical care for animals with treatable or curable conditions whom have been pulled from shelter euthanasia lists into responsible rescue partner’s programs. The medical treatments of these animals are funded by APP through generous contributions made by people from all over the world. APP has three volunteer board members and it supports the treatment of homeless animals by four veterinarians. After the necessary treatment, the animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and are placed up for adoption.

We've got some big plans, but we need your help!
APP would LOVE to provide our Vet Ranch doctors with a mobile vet clinic! A mobile clinic would allow them to assist more animals in the community receive lifesaving vaccines, microchips to help them find their way home if ever lost, and spays/neuters to help decrease the current overpopulation problems we face.
